More on this later, but I’m horrified that Zucker and Blanchard are on this panel. Sure, if you go down to the comments below there are some apparantly sane doctors to even it up a bit, but still…… I can’t help but wonder why they are actually there. You know everything I’m going on about with respect to the misrepresentation and pathologisation of trans-sexualities? Well, Blanchard is pretty much Satan in this context. And Zucker? He proproses talking therapy to help cure people of homosexuality.
Mmmmm. Right.

Over at Burning Words there is more evidence that my previous assertion that ‘maybe there are some sane doctors?‘ was just far too hopefull (link followed from Cheerful Meglomaniac).
